We take security very seriously at Bromsgrove International School. We use the services of a reputable company to ensure maximum security and ensure safety for all our children at the School.

Please note that the following security measures are in operation at our two campuses. Everyone associated with our school must adhere to these procedures at all times.

Early Years Campus

  1. There is only one main entrance to the campus. Parents are requested to drop their child or children at the gate unless they are in the younger years. The gate is attended to by a security guard, Teacher and two assistants in the morning, between 7:45 to 8:30 and then again in the afternoon from 2:00pm to 3:15pm. At all other times, a security guard is on duty at the gate.
  2. Whilst we welcome parents, please do not intrude into the normal school routines.
  3. For parents of Pre-Nursery children, parents are requested to take their child or children to the classroom for at least the first two weeks of the term.
  4. No unauthorised vehicles are allowed to enter the campus. All entry to the school must be by foot.
  5. All parents and guardians are issued ID badges. Only those with valid ID badges are allowed entry and collection of children from the School.
  6. All visitors are required to report to the security guard on duty and to present a valid ID in exchange for a visitor’s badge prior to being allowed entry to the school. A logbook of visitors is kept by the security guard.
  7. Deliveries are allowed between 10am and 12 noon. No deliveries are allowed outside these times. Deliveries on weekends are by appointment only.
  8. Contractor work is allowed only on weekends.
  9. A security camera (Closed-Circuit TV) is in operation 24 hours a day. Please be aware that we use this system to monitor movement within the campus and prevent any unauthorised entry.
  10. In case of emergency, we have an alarm bell that is sounded to catch the attention of everyone in the campus.
