The busy half term finished with some fantastic events for all students, not least the wonderful Chinese New Year celebrations on both the EY and WP campuses, and also the entertaining Lip Sync competition, so ably won by a group of wannabe Taylor Swifts in Primary, with Taylor House stealing the show in Secondary. Meanwhile, we are all very busy preparing a number of very high profile and exciting events coming up in March: the TISAC ‘Battle of the Bands’ contest; the 2nd Annual FOBISIA Student Data Conference; the World Scholar’s Cup Regional Round; and the Secondary School Production of Blood Brothers. We hope, especially, that as many parents as possible will support us with this show, and I am confident that all these events will show off to the wider community what a hub of excellence BIST has now become. I am sure we will all need and deserve the Songkran break afterwards!
ครึ่งแรกของภาคเรียนที่สองผ่านไปอย่างรวดเร็ว พร้อมกับกิจกรรมต่างๆ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นกิจกรรมวันขึ้นปีใหม่ของชาติจีนในทั้งสองวิทยาเขต การแข่งขันลิปซิงค์ที่เต็มไปด้วยความสนุกสนาน กลุ่มผู้ชนะจากระดับประถมแสดงโชว์ของเทย์เลอร์ สวิฟต์ ส่วนบ้านเทย์เลอร์ผู้ชนะครองเวทีด้วยโชว์อันสุดยอด ขณะนี้ทางโรงเรียนกำลังเตรียมกิจกรรมที่น่าตื่นเต้นต่างๆที่จะมีขึ้นในเดือนมีนาคม ไม่ว่าจะเป็น กิจกรรมแข่งขันวงดนตรี TISAC ‘Battle of the Bands, การอบรมการประมวลข้อมูลนักเรียน FOBISIA ประจำปีครั้งที่ 2, การแข่งขันทางวิชาการ World Scholar’s Cup รอบภูมิภาค และการแสดงละครระดับมัธยมศึกษาเรื่อง บลัด บราเธอร์ ซึ่งทางโรงเรียนหวังว่าท่านผู้ปกครองจะมาให้กำลังใจนักแสดง ผมเชื่อมั่นว่ากิจกรรมต่างๆที่กล่าวมาแล้วนั้นแสดงให้เห็นถึงศักยภาพของโรงเรียนที่ถูกพัฒนาขึ้นเป็นศูนย์กลางการจัดกิจกรรมอันหลากหลาย ผมคิดว่าเราต่างสมควรได้รับการพักผ่อนเมื่อปิดภาคเรียนในวันหยุดช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ที่จะมาถึง
