Bromsgrove Learn & Play Day took place on Saturday 25th June at Moori Moori Playfarm with more than 150 families joining. The event aimed to promote outdoor play as a post-pandemic priority to children. It was also a great opportunity to introduce our school to the community to many prospective families. Children enjoyed fun and creative outdoor play that fosters curiosity, exploration, cooperation, imagination and self-expression, sponsored by Bromsgrove International School. Activities on the day included farm animal feeding, ukulele and umbrella painting, sensory mat exploration, stacking game and a colouring-in nature activity. Thank you both BIST families and other families in the community for joining the event and spending a lovely Saturday together at Moori Moori Playfarm.

Today at Windsor Park campus we celebrated the Loy Krathong festival. Many students and staff have worn their traditional Thai costumes today to mark the event. Students have enjoyed making kratongs to bring home with them and we have been served delicious Thai food. Happy Loy Krathong!
On November 1, we welcomed Years 2, 3 & 4 and Years 7, 11 &12 students back to school after 6 months of Online Home Learning. The school is currently implementing the ‘phased reopening plan’ and continues to operate strict anti-COVID19 measures. It has been wonderful to see our students arriving this morning with lots of excitement and positivity; especially with the Year 2 students being on-site at Windsor Park campus for the first time today. We also finally met in person with new students who joined our Bromsgrove school community this term. Thank you to all of our families for their ongoing support during these challenging times.
We are now ready to welcome everyone back on WP campus on Monday 1st November. We will be using our ‘Phased Reopening Plan’ in order to reduce risk for the first stage of campus reopening and to ensure all of our COVID-19 preventive measures are safely and robustly implemented. We are very much looking forward to seeing our students back on campus after the half-term holiday.
