With our senior students very much immersed in exam season now, we are all now able to reflect on the successes of the year so far. In fact, our annual school survey, which was, this year, shared online in four community languages, has garnered over 400 responses, and we shall look forward to sharing the key messages later this term. Meanwhile, I have just returned from the prestigious COBIS conference in London, UK, where I was invited to speak to delegates about the outstanding work Bromsgrove is doing in terms of student-level data and individualised learning. It was great to be able to promote our school’s achievements on such an important, global stage – and made me especially proud to have contributed to this wonderful school for the past three years.

 

ช่วงนี้เป็นฤดูกาลสอบสำหรับนักเรียนมัธยมปลาย เราจึงสามารถไตร่ตรองถึงความสำเร็จต่างๆในรอบปีที่ผ่านมา แบบสอบถามของโรงเรียนประจำปีนี้ เป็นแบบสอบถามออนไลน์โดยแปลเป็นภาษาหลักที่ใช้ในโรงเรียนถึงสี่ภาษา มีผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามมากกว่า 400 คนแล้ว ทั้งนี้ ผมจะทำการแจ้งผลสรุปของข้อมูลที่ได้ให้ท่านทราบก่อนจบภาคเรียนนี้ ผมเพิ่งกลับจากการร่วมสัมมนาCOBIS ที่กรุงลอนดอน, สหราชอาณาจักร ซึ่งผมได้รับเชิญไปพูดให้ผู้เข้าร่วมสัมมนาได้ทราบถึงผลงานอันโดดเด่นของบรอมส์โกรฟในส่วนที่เกี่ยวกับข้อมูลนักเรียนและการออกแบบการเรียนการสอนใ้ห้นักเรียนเป็นรายบุคคล นับว่าเป็นโอกาสอันดีที่สามารถประชาสัมพันธ์ถึงความสำเร็จของโรงเรียนของเราในงานสัมมนาซึ่งมีความสำคัญระดับโลกงานหนึ่ง ผมรู้สึกภูมิใจเป็นอย่างยิ่งที่ได้มีส่วนร่วมในความสำเร็จดังกล่าวตลอดระยะเวลาสามปีที่ผ่านมา
