One night a week, we run journaling sessions, which allows our students to write or draw their thoughts and feelings onto paper. Journaling helps students to process their emotions, reduce stress and anxiety and relax after a busy day at school.
As a school community we were determined to come together to raise money for our house charities this term, despite the challenges in our way!
