Bromsgrove Music Academy

Bromsgrove Music Academy offers students in Reception to Year 13 the opportunity to have individual instrumental lessons at school.

Lessons are either 30 or 60 minutes in length and are taught by our team of full time and visiting music teachers. The majority of tuition for younger students takes place during the school day with students coming out of class on rotation to attend their lessons. Music Academy tuition for students in Year 10 and above, and students at Grade 5 and above, are timetabled at lunchtimes or after school. It is also possible to rent a school instrument for a small termly fee.

Music Academy tuition is priced as follows:
  • Early Years Campus – 500 THB per 30 minutes
  • Windsor Park Campus (up to Grade 4) – 600 THB per 30 minutes
  • Windsor Park Campus (Grade 5 and above) – 750 THB per 30 minutes
All Music Academy students are given a diary to support their practice between lessonsTheir teacher will record details from each lesson and set weekly practice targets. We ask the students to bring the diary to every lesson and to get their practice signed off each week by a parent or guardian.

Trial Lessons

Students who wish to start learning an instrument for the first time can also register for a free 20 minute trial lesson, before committing to Music Academy tuition. These are an excellent opportunity for students to try out a new instrument and meet the instrumental teachers at Bromsgrove. Trial lessons can be organised at any point during the academic year by emailing music@bromsgrove.ac.th.
