Dear parents and guardians,
This is a gentle reminder to all Bromsgrove families regarding the Charity Fun Run event tomorrow on the 1st December 2017 from 07.45-11.00 am
1.) Sports attire for you and your child; please wear the Fun Run t-shirt, running shoes, and pants that are suitable for the running event. You and your child may bring a cap to the event.
2.) For WP students, please send your child to registration as normal as they will receive their fun run bibs, chips and house wristbands from their class teachers on the morning of the event – December 1st.
3.) For WP parents, please register and receive your fun run bibs and chips at Performing Arts Centre (PAC) foyer
4.) For EY students and parents, please sign in and register at the Performing Arts Centre (PAC) foyer to get fun run bibs and house wristbands for students.
5.) If you arrive at the school before 8am, please use the parking area provided on the grass next to and in front of Boarding Houses
6.) The road leading to the school will be closed from 08:00-11:00. If you arrive after 8am, please park on the road side before the bridge and at Athletic House (A-House). We will have security personnel to support your parking and traffic
7.) A pop up School shop will be opened at PAC from 07.45-08.20am. Feel free to shop
8.) Please ensure that your child also brings their House Shirt and school uniform trousers/skorts to get changed into after the run.
9.) If you wish to pick up your child after the run, please inform class teachers or members of staff
