On Tuesday, Year 2 had a special Wow Day to launch learning in their new history topic, The Great Fire of London, as part of their theme this term: LONDON. The day was packed full of fun activities including making their own Tudor-style houses and completing a bucket challenge where the children had to fill their bucket with water from the ‘river’ and pass it along a line to put out an imaginary fire. The day ended with baking our own bread, just like the bakers did in Pudding Lane bakery!
